Director Tom Balmos will hold open auditions for the S.T.A.G.E., Inc. production, THE COLOR OF STARS, A Drama by Dwayne Hartford
A story of family, patriotism, fear and prejudice set during World War II. When a stranger arrives in town, events are set in motion that will challenge family ties and friendship and questions the definition of patriotism and civic duty.
EDDIE WINTHROP: 11 years old. Raised in Portland, Maine. Sent to live with his grandparents.
LUKE WINTHROP: in his 50s. Eddie’s grandfather. A dairy farmer and town leader.
MABEL WINTHROP: in her 50s. Eddie’s grandmother.
ISABEL PERKINS: in her late 40s. Mabel’s younger sister.
ALFRED PERKINS: in his 50s. Isabel’s husband. A World War 1 veteran. He owns a small garage.
FELIX STETLER: in his 30s. A government worker from Pennsylvania.
